Task: Modify Service Improvement Implementation Plans
This task will modify the Service Improvement Implementation Plans that may arise due to change in objectives or expectations from the Client or Capgemini.

Main Description

The Service Improvement Implementation Plan may undergo change as a result of change in objectives or expectations from Client and/or Capgemini. The Engagement Manager while reviewing the Service Improvement Implementation Plan with relevant stakeholders has to ensure all such changes are documented and Service Improvement Implementation Plan is modified as per the current requirements. Subsequently the Continual Service Improvement register also needs to be modified.

Having identified that updates are needed to the Service Improvement Implementation plan and obtaining the appropriate approval needed, the Engagement Manager should then make the relevant changes to the Service Improvement Implementation plan. The Engagement Manager must ensure that the relevant review and approval process is followed for the latest version of the Service Improvement Plan.
